WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Normal shipping time is approximately 5-10 business days after the order is placed with a delivery time of 7-14 business days in the majority of Canada.

We will contact you if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order. Please ensure you leave us a Valid email address and phone number on your order form.

Due to increased shipping costs, some regions will have a small additional charge added.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to all Canadian and US addresses, including military addresses (APO, FPO) and US Territories.

We do not ship to any other international destinations.

DAMAGED / LOST SHIPMENTS

Damaged shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery. E-mail us at sales@canadianextreme.com or call us at 1-888-494-0039 in case of damaged or lost shipments.

All prices shown are in Canadian Funds.

REFUNDS / RETURNS

We will accept returned goods within 10 days after receipt. All returned items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and must be in the original packaging.

Please let us know in advance if you are wanting to return an item.

ITEMS NOT IN STOCK

If you order an item we do not have in stock, we will check all our distrbutors to try and locate that item for you. Should this not be successful, your order will go out without the item and you will not be charged for it.
